Svi smo na dijetama i nekoj posebnoj ishrani jer leto stiže sigurno iako nam sada to najmanje tako deluje.
Stiže leto, vadi taj Snikers iz usta.
Znate ono povrće što deca mrze? Da, da. Brokoli. Današnji smoothie je od brokolija. Ali obećevam da se ne oseti ni da je dodat u ovaj zdrav napitak.

The summer is near, get that Snickers out of your mouth.
You know what veggies kids hate? Yes, Yes. Broccoli. Today’s smoothie is made out of broccoli. But I promise you will not feel it is added to this healthy potion.
restaurant-drink-colorful-colourful.jpgU razgovoru sa jednim sjajnim dečkom koji veoma pazi na ishranu i praktikuje niz sportskih aktivnosti, došla sam na temu smoothija. Ovo je bio prvi miks koji mi je izdiktirao jer su mi standardni recepti dosadili.
Mada i izdiktirati je teška reč jer je potrebno za početak zapamtiti samo 2 sastojka.
1. Banana
2. Par cvetova smrznutog brokolija (recimo 5)

In conversation with a great guy who cares a lot about nutrition and practices a number of sports activities, we started chatting about various smoothies. This was the first mix that he listed to me because my standard recipes were boring.
Though it is a tough one, I think you will find easy remembering first 2 ingredients. 🙂
1. Banana
2. A pair of frozen broccoli flowers (lets say 5 of them)

Kada u mixer, blender, nutribulet ili šta god koristite da mućkate ove sjajne smoothije dodate bananu i brokoli, potrebno je dosuti 1,5 šoljicu mleka. Pošto se znamo i već naslućujete da ja ne koristim obično mleko za mikseve, reći ću vam da je najbolje da to bude kokosovo ili bademovo mleko. Ubacite malo cimeta i 2 urme bez koštica radi dobijanja malo slatkoće i vaša dnevna doza smoothija je servirana.

When in a mixer, blender, Nutribullet or whatever you use to shake these super smoothies you add banana and broccoli, you need to get 1.5 cups of milk. Since you know me and you know what I’m about to say how I do not usually use cows milk for mixes, I will tell you that it is best to pour coconut or almond milk. Put some cinnamon and 2 dates to get some sweetness and your daily dose of smoothie is served.

Ako ste na brokoli napravili facu kao da ćete povratiti onda ste vi prava osoba za ovaj smoothie, haha. Brokoli je super zdrav a ovo je odličan način da ga unosite u organizam i ako niste ljubitelj istog. Ako ste odradili ono čuveno što majke kažu: “Probaj pa ne moraš ako ti se ne sviđa” i zaključili da nije za vas, probajte jedan naš stari recept za smoothie od zelene salate.

If you almost threw up on the thought of broccoli mixed in a drink then you are a real person for this smoothie, LOL. Broccoli is super healthy and this is a great way to get it into your system even if you’re not a fan. If you have done the usual “Try it and you do not have to do it if you do not like it” and conclude that it’s not for you, try one of our old recipes for green salad smoothie.
