Healthy breakfast routine

Pozdrav svima koji ovakve postove gledaju jer više nemaju blage veze šta da sebi spreme za doručak. Ovi predlozi spadaju pod zdravu ishranu bogatu vlaknima a dobićete bar malu inspiraciju šta da doručkujete ili užinate koliko već sutra. Nema mesa i suhomesnatog u sledećim predlozima tako da ako ste žestok momak mesaroš ili ženka Amazonka, ovde nema ništa za vas. Vegetarijanac sam već dosta dugo što znači da jedem jaja i mlečne proizvode ali ništa sa očima.

These options are labeled as a healthy diet rich in fiber and can get you at least a little inspiration what to eat for next breakfast or brunch. No meat and fat in the following post so if you’re a tough meaty guy or Amazon woman, there is nothing here for you, stop reading. I’m a vegetarian for some time now, which means that I eat eggs and dairy products but nothing with eyes.

Poširana jaja / Poached eggs

Poširano jaje je narodski rečeno jaje na oko u vodi. Što je svežije to lepše ispadne. Da ne bih opisivala ja rečima, pustiću nadaleko svima poznatog Džejmija Olivera da to uradi na linku ovde. Uz jaje jedem beskvasni hleb, sir je mladi ili dimljeni tofu, malo cherry paradajza i to je to. O da, jaje obavezno pospem sa malo paprike i peršuna.

A poached egg is a popular name for egg in water. The fresher the egg the better. I won’t describe the recipe, I’ll let widely known Jamie Oliver to do so at the link here. With egg, I usually have Yeast Free Bread, the cheese fresh one or smoked tofu, little cherry tomatoes and that’s it. Oh yes, I always sprinkle the egg with a little paprika and parsley.

O kaši sam već pričala ovde i to o kaši koja se ostavi da prenoći. To ostaje večno odabir i za užinu kada jurim na posao, samo ponesem teglicu sa sobom. Kao dodatak od svežeg voća biram jabuke, banane, kruške, jagode, borovnice ali naravno sve u sezoni.

I already talked about overnight breakfast meal here that is oatmeal that is left to spend the night. It remains the favorite choice for brunch when I rush to work, just bring a prepared meal in a jar with you. In addition to it a fresh fruit such as apples, bananas, pears, strawberries, blueberries, and of course only season fruits.

Zapečena kaša / Baked Oatmeal

Jedno veče sam na televiozoru našla Gordon Ramzija kako pravi ovu kašu i prilično je sličan recept već spomenutoj ali se jede topla i pravi istog momenta. Ovsene pahuljice se pomešaju sa cimetom, doda se šaka orasa, šaka badema ili šta već volite da da hrskavost kaši. Sipa se mleko (bademovo, kokosovo ili kravlje) da dobro prekrije pahuljice. Iseče se voće po izboru, dodaju se brusnice ili grozđice. Sve se sipa u tepsiju koja se stavi u rernu i peče dok ne porumeni i mleko se upije. Opcija je da se pred kraj pečenja sipa smeđi šećer koji će se posle 2,3 minuta u rerni kristalizovati.

One evening I found Gordon Ramsay preparing this porridge and is quite similar to the recipe already mentioned but this one is to be eaten hot and prepared at sight. Oat flakes mixed with cinnamon, add a handful of nuts, a handful of almonds or something you like that will give crispness to the porridge. Pour milk (almond, coconut or cow) so the flakes are well dipped. Cut the fruit of your choice, add the cranberries or raisins. Everything is poured into a baking dish, put in the oven and bake until golden brown and the milk is absorbed. The option is to sprinkle a bit of brown sugar before the end of the baking which crystallizes after 2.3 minutes in the oven.

Zdravi sendviči / healty sandwitches

Moj omiljeni doručak kada moram da se najedem a opet znam da sam zdravo jela.
Mogu misliti kako zvučim!
“Jao kako bih spržila jedan sendvič, onako baš jak!” (izvlači beskvasni hleb…)
Beskvasni hleb već dugo vremena uvodim u našu ishranu i donekle mi uspeva. Naravno da je problem dete.
Dakle, na beskvasni hleb idu puter, tofu sir (ili mladi) i pšenične klice ili klice piskavice.
Znam znam, šta glumim. Ovo zvuči tako pomodarski ali jedna stvar je bitna-ljudi koji se dugo hrane na ovaj način, drugačije ni ne znaju. Moj omiljeni buđavi sir sam batalila zbog nadolazećeg leta i njegove kaloričnosti .

My favorite breakfast when I gotta eat big and yet to know that it is a healthy one.
I can imagine how it sounds to you.
“Oh, how I would love a big juicy sandwich!” (pulling out the yeast free rye bread …)
No yeast bread is my choice for a long time and I am successfully bringing this habit to my family. Of course, my child won’t always eats.
Thus, the yeast free bread with butter, tofu (or fresh one) and sprouts wheat or fenugreek.
I know, I know. This sounds so snobbish but one thing is important – people who are into this food for quite some time they do not know the other way. The picture doesn’t show my favorite blue cheese, but due to the upcoming year and its caloric value, I gave it up for a while.

Salate / salads

Naravno, nešto ne spremam sama. Postoje 2 mesta gde kupujem salate. Omiljena mi je proteinska bez mesa sa domaćim humusom. Malo brusketa u to i milina. Inače me poznaju kao ona-što-neće-soli-sirćeta-samo-maslinovo-ulje.

Of course, sometimes I buy my breakfast. There are two places where I get salads. My favorite is the protein one without meat with homemade hummus. Add bruschetta in it and enjoy. Otherwise, I am known as the one that doesn’t want salt or vinegar in it.20170317_125314.jpg

    Sviđaju mi se prijedlozi, posebno ova zapečena kaša. Morat ću isprobati, možda me motivira da češće doručkujem. Inače se mučim s doručkom oduvijek iako znam da je zdrav i da ga ne bi trebalo preskakati. Pozdrav od još jedne vegetarijanke 😀

      Ivana imenjakinja i vegeterijenjakinja. Ako je to rec 🙂
      Imam tu naviku dorucka jos od malena pa ni ne znam kako je vama koji joj se protivite :)) ALi jedno je definitivno, mnogo lakse se odrzava telo sa njime.
