Simple overnight breakfast

Dobar dan dragi “na dijeti sam ali volim pojesti”,

Jesmo li se obradovali zimi i predstojećim slavama i praznicima?
Sada ćemo da se opustimo i jedemo, pa ne možemo odbiti tu sočnu sarmu.
Sada je vreme da uživamo.
Hahaha..ne.
Nema više uživanja. Gotovo je. Dozvolimo sebi povremeni izlet pa se kajemo. Svako ko je prešao tridesetu oseti šta znači nepažnja u ishrani.

Znate šta je meni bila omiljena večera u dvadesetima? Majonez i sir na hleb pa tostirano.
Znate li kada sam poslednji put to večerala?
Pre 4 godine.
Sada mi tolika količina masnog zagorča tri dana a ne samo veče, što psihički što fizički.

Dakle, sada kada smo ustanovili da mi “težinski nezadovoljni” nemamo praznike, predstaviću vam moju omiljenu kašu tj., overnight breakfast jer prevedeno zvuči nešto kao doručak koji prenoći (?!).

Hello my fellow “on a diet but I love to eat”,
Are we rejoiced in winter time and the coming holidays?
Now we can relax and eat, so we can not deny this juicy fried meals.
Now is the time to enjoy.
WRONG.
No more enjoyment. It’s over. Allow yourself the occasional trip but we repent. Everyone in his thirties feel what it means – food negligence.
You know what was my favourite dinner in my twenties? Mayonnaise and cheese on bread then toasted.
Do you know the last time I dined this?
4 years ago.
Now, that amount of fat bitter me for three days, exhaust me mentally and physically.
So, now that we’ve established that we “weightily dissatisfied” do not have holidays, I will present you favourite Overnight Breakfast.

 

Potrebno:

mesane ovsene, ražane i heljdine pahuljice
chia seme ili mleveni lan
mleko-obično ili bademovo (recept ovde)
2 kasike light jogurta
grozđice ili brusnica
jabuka
orasi ili lešnik
cimet, muskantni orasčić po želji

 

Ingredients:

mixed oat, rye and buckwheat flakes
chia seed or ground flax
milk or almond milk (recipe here)
2 tablespoons light yogurt
raisins or cranberries
an apple
walnuts or hazelnuts
cinnamon or nutmeg

Radi praktičnog zatvaranja spremam u teglicama baš zbog potrebe da obrok prenoći. Prvo se sipaju ovsene pahuljice do trećine teglice i ubace 2 ravne kašičice chia semena (odlična zamena je i mleveno laneno seme).

For simple convenience, I am preparing this healthy meal in the jar because of the very need for it to spend the night tightly closed. First, pour flakes up to a third of the jar and put 2 flat small spoons of chia seeds (excellent replacement is ground flaxseed).

Potrebno je zatim usuti mleko da bude bar nešto višeg nivoa od pahuljica. Ne bojte se da ćete preterati, sve to upiju pahuljice i chia.

Da chia seme ne bi se zalepilo u gromuljice zbog upijanja, možete i promešati. Zatim ubacite 2 kašike jogurta i malo grožđica. Volim grožđice da ubacim ovako u jogurt i mleko da potonu jer se i one napiju lepo i nabubre. Iseckati jabuku i ubaciti.

In order to avoid chia seeds sticking in lumps due to absorption, stir the mixture. Then insert 2 tablespoons of yogurt and some raisins. I like to throw in raisins in yogurt and milk right before apple, because raisins tend to get nice and swollen. Chop an apple and throw in.

Ukoliko ste izuzetno oprezni sa količinom orašastih plodova koje koristite u ishrani i/ili dijeti, znate da se ne preporučuju ni prženi lešnici, ni vise od 20 badema dnevno itd. Neću vas učiti, ako čitate ovo već ste mnoge tekstove o mršanju prostudirali. Orasi su odlični jesenji dodatak ovoj kaši, kod mene su se ovog puta našli lešnici koje sam imala u kuhinji.

If you are extremely careful with the amount of nuts you use in your diet, you know that is not recommended to use too many toasted hazelnuts, and not more than 20 almonds a day etc. I wont teach you, if you are reading this you already have a lot of knowledge from many articles on weight loss. Nuts are a great addition to this fall overnight breakfast, I always use walnuts
, but this time it’s hazelnuts what I had on me.

Za kraj malo posuti cimeta ili muskantnog, po ukusu.
Teglu zatvorite i ostavite u frižideru preko noći i ujutru imate gotov zdrav obrok čak i za poneti. Sigurno ćete ujutru morati dodati jos malo mleka jer se sve skoro upije. Ovako spremljen overnight breakfast može da stoji u frižideru 2 dana.

To end this meal place a little sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, according to taste.

Close the jar and leave in the fridge overnight and in the morning you have healthy takeout. Surely, you will have to add some milk in the morning because almost all of is absorbed. Stored overnight breakfast can stand in the refrigerator for 2 days.
