Chocolate paradise

So just to keep this balance healthy food/ tasty food, today we will talk about really bad and sweet muffins and its weird but its our favourite.

Chocolate muffins:
200 grams dark chocolate
1 butter
160 grams caster sugar
120 grams flour
4 eggs

Da bismo držale neku ravnotežu zdrava hrana/ukusna hrana, danas vam predstavljamo ovaj jako loš slatkiš a baš čudno, nama omiljeni.

Sufle od čokolade:
200 gr čokolade
margarin
160 gr šećera
120 gr brašna
4 jaja

First you need to put chocolate and butter to melt and cool down (just tell it to chill). In another bowl you mix eggs and sugar and then the cooled chocolate and butter. At the end place flour spoon by spoon and mix it all together to get nice and even mixture. This is enough for 12 muffins so you do need a silicone molds or metal one. Grease it or just put  muffin liners. Owen needs to be preheated up to 482°, timer set on 7 minutes, and then just put muffins into the Owen.
When time is done, leave baked muffins to cool down.

Čokolada i margarin se istope i malo prohlade. Za to vreme se u drugoj činiji umešaju jaja, šećer i doda prohlađena čokoladna smesa. Na kraju dodavati brašno da se sve dobro izjednači. Masa je dovoljna za 12 mafina, tako da vam treba pleh sa 12 modlica. Podmazati i pobrašniti (zamislimo da je ovo reč) ili jednostavno ubacite korpice od papira za pečenje.
Rerna je prethodno zagrejana na 250 stepeni, navijete tajmer na 7 minuta, ubacite pleh i čekate zvono.
Kada istekne vreme malo se ohlade, lakse se izvuku iz modli.

Neko ih zove lava mafini, neko sufle mi zovemo hitnu pomoć.
